For Bay Point residents, there’s an exciting new option available: Doctor video visits at Urgent Care + TeleHealth. You can begin with a video chat, get a prescription, and, if necessary, make an in-person clinic visit.

It’s often hard to make doctor appointments during the workweek, and sometimes it’s tough to see your regular doctor quickly because they’re so busy. But don’t worry, we’re here to help with your health concerns. You can talk to us today through a secure app on your phone or visit our clinic in person.

We accept most health insurance plans, including Kaiser, so your video visits are usually paid for by insurance (though some plans might need a small payment). If you don’t want to use insurance, we offer discounts, especially if you have an FSA or HSA plan.

Video visits are a good option, especially if you’re older and have trouble moving around or if you can’t take time off work. They’re also handy when your regular doctor isn’t available or if you have health questions on the weekend.

Testimonials

What They Say

"Fantastic experience from booking the appointment, checking in and being seen. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They were knowledgeable about current medical problems. Testing was done very quickly. The doctor was awesome. One of the best I’ve ever seen in my 75 years of life. (Mind you I don’t remember the doctors I saw in my first three years) Symptoms, history, physical exam and test results were evaluated quickly. Diagnosis was made, recommendations and medication given. I was assured it I didn’t improve in 24 hours to return. Overall this group would get a 💯 and a gold star."
